I’ve used Dinomite for well over a year now for my business and they’ve always been timely, professional and honest. Three big characteristics I look for in businesses like this. Today, I called Dinomite in short notice about an issue with my home hvac unit not blowing heat. The owner Cole, made it a point to fit my needs into the schedule and get a technician out to my residence in just over an hour from the time of my call. The technician, Chris, was very informative, professional and easy to talk to. He understood the issue and was quick to address it. I would recommend Dinomite to anyone looking for quality and honest HVAC services! We initially had another company come out to diagnose an issue with our heat. They quoted us about $600 to replace a part that was under warranty. We decided to call Dinomite for a second opinion. Caleb came to our house and did his own inspection on our unit. The quote we received from Dinomite was over 50% LESS than what the other company quoted us for the same exact service. Barbara has been a delight to work with as well for scheduling. She is so sweet and is great about keeping in touch throughout the process. We will be using Dinomite for all of our HVAC needs in the future!

We just finished our winter maintenance with Chris del Real. He arrived on time, was professional, and pleasant. Dinomite has impeccable customer service, and it starts with Barbara, who is extremely nice, very pleasant to speak with, and quite conscientious. If you report an issue, she is immediately on it. We have been pleased with all of the technicians we've had: Chris R., Chris T., Corey, and Caleb. They have all been on time, responsive, and genuinely willing to work with us despite our property having had some unusual HVAC "hiccups". We've had bad experiences with other HVAC companies, but this company appears to really care about the customers' satisfaction.

Chris Del Rey diagnosed the issue with our furnace and thoroughly explained all the options before recommending a reasonably priced new furnace. Chris and Corey were pleasant and respectful of our property as they did an excellent job with the installation. They left the area cleaner than they found it and double checked that everything was working well. I will use Dinomite again, and will happily recommend them to others.

LOVE the service I received from Chris, my technician. He was very attentive to my needs and answered all of my questions. I had called about an irregular sound coming from the heat pump. Chris demonstrated thoroughness by inspecting both the heat pump and furnace. I called at around 2 pm and Dinomite had someone out at my home within 30 minutes. Caleb came in and, within only another ten minutes, had fixed an issue we’ve had for 3 years since moving in. Caleb is freaking amazing… are Han this was the second he came out for routine maintenance and your get the same thing every time. He doesn’t talk down to you, is extremely helpful, tells you like it is and even makes us laugh when he is here. I have never had a maintenance person treat me like a he was talking to a friend instead of a new homeowner who has no idea what he is saying. He explains things in plain English. Called Caleb for a brand new unit. He sent over the financial companies to choose from. Then he scheduled us for a week later. And it was installed today! “The Dream Team” of Chris and Corey were just that! No problems, treated us the same way Caleb does. We received excellent service from Chris today. We called Dinomite for a 2nd opinion after another A/C company tried to convince us we needed a new A/C unit and quoted excessive prices. Service was fast as Chris arrived within an hour of when I called. He was honest in telling us we don't need a new A/C unit and was thorough in explaining his recommendations for preventive maintenance and the services the company offers. The company's prices are very reasonable.

Having my basement walls supported with steel beams and the contractor took down two HVAC ducts and vents.To fix this, I called Dinomite Heating and Cooling. They came the same day and gave me an estimate. Two days later Corey and Chris were here putting in the new ducts and vents. The job was finished in a couple of hours.Another thing I liked was the communication. When sending out the technicians, they stuck to the agreed upon schedule. They also had a tracking app to know exactly when the tech would arrive.Great service, great communication and reasonable price!

Dinomite replaced my 18 yr old hvac system. Caleb inspected my system and gave me my options for replacement. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done and the best system for my home. Chris & Corey did my install and answered all my questions to ensure my satisfaction. The system was completed in a timely fashion & Chris made sure I understood how to work my new thermostat. They diagnosed and replaced an evaporator coil on my 9 year old York AC unit. They did a thorough biannual service and found an issue with the repair part. They came back to fix it right. Their price was very reasonable, I got two other opinions, and they stood by their work. Excellent communication, someone always answers the phone, usually Cole who was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I came to find out Cole is the owner, even more impressive. I loved that they showed up on time ready to work. They were courteous and respectful of my space leaving it better than they found it! They never asked for anything even though they were working in the HOT sun outside to replace my system. Chris from Dinomite did a first class installation of a new programable thermostat on my existing furnace/heat pump. We ran into a number of roadblocks getting the thermostat to connect to its app through WiFi. Chris surmounted them, probably helped by the fact that Dinomite is a Bryant authorized dealer and he's had extra training on Bryant systems. Chris gave me basic instruction on the unit, made sure it was set up as I wanted, and showed me ways to find more instruction on my own. I now have a maintenance contract with Dinomite. The company also does a good job of keeping customers informed (through text messages) about appointments, details about technicians, and any delays.The thermostat is working great at a time of year when that's important. All in all, a very positive experience.

Chris and Caleb were awesome. Had a new Bryant system installed as well as media filters and air scrubbers. Everything installed in a timely manner. Went out of their way to correctly install a media filter in our upstairs unit that didn’t fit the first time.Showed me the new unit and explained how and when to change the filters.Highly recommend for HVAC installations and maintenance.

I highly recommend Dinomite Heating and Cooling. They are hands down one of the best HVAC companies that I have ever dealt with. Anthony was superb in his overall knowledge and provided extremely helpful information on a replacement system. Chris recently came out before the cold weather gets here and made sure my new system was operating correctly. He also educated me on exactly what he was doing. This company has found a way to maintain an extremely high level of service while others have struggled post pandemic! It is very refreshing to get this level of value during these tough economic times.

Anthony originally came out to quote a furnace install. He was very polite, helpful, and informative - he went above and beyond and even addressed some other issues while just preparing an install estimate.The quote process was easy and was quickly received through email. The quote was easy to read and addressed all concerns. Best yet - it was a fair price compared to other Triad HVAC companies.My install was quickly scheduled and Zach and Caleb came out to complete the install. They were on time, dressed professionally, and great guys to talk to. The guys worked hard and efficiently. The new furnace looks great and the company took extra time to make sure my thermostats were fine tuned for the new equipment.I’ve used them for a seasonal maintenance check up and now an install. Very happy with this company.

Caleb, Chris, Anthony and owner Cole are awesome! Dinomite Heating & Cooling is veteran owned. Always a plus in my search for local companies. They came highly recommended. Our HVAC was old and finally stopped working on one of the hottest days/week of the summer. Caleb told us about our options and costs and even offered to try and get our air condition to work temporarily. He succeeded! And in less than a week, Caleb and Chris arrived on time and worked all day to install our new system. They had to deal with severe weather midway through the job- wind, rain, thunder! They were professional, experienced, kind, helpful and fun! Great service. They did a DINOMITE job! Thank you guys!
